At Trends-Kids, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every little one to wear something they love — and we’re here to make that happen. 💛

Exchange Available

We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

✔ Wrong product received
✔ Wrong size delivered
✔ Manufacturing defect or damage

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind after delivery.

Exchange Time Limit

⏰ Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Condition Rules

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

✔ Unworn and unwashed
✔ In original condition with tags intact
✔ Free from stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery
✔ In its original packaging (if applicable)

Size Exchange

If the size doesn’t fit your little one, we’re happy to help exchange it for the correct size, subject to stock availability. Please contact us before sending the item back.

Wrong Product Support

If you received a different product than what you ordered, please contact us immediately with:

📸 A photo of the item received
🗞️ Your order number

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to request an exchange:

Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
Step 2: Share your order number and photos of the item.
Step 3: Our team will confirm your exchange request within 24 hours.
Step 4: Send the item back via courier to our address.
Step 5: Once received and verified, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Courier Process

🚚 The customer is responsible for the return courier cost unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong product or defect).
📦 Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking number with us after dispatch.
