Exchange Available

We accept exchange requests for the following reasons:

βœ” Wrong product received
βœ” Wrong size delivered
βœ” Damaged or defective item received

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind after delivery.

Wrong Product Support

If you received a different product than what you ordered, contact us immediately with:

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Damaged Product Support

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review and arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.

Exchange Time Limit

⏰ All exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Item Condition Rules

To be eligible for exchange, the item must be:

βœ” Tags intact and in original condition
βœ” Free from stains, odors, or post-delivery damage
βœ” In original packaging (if applicable)

Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery.
Step 2: Share your order number and photos of the item.
Step 3: Our team confirms your request within 24 hours.
Step 4: Send the item back via courier to our address.
Step 5: Once received and verified, we dispatch your replacement.
