Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person and contact us immediately with photos/videos.
❌ Failed Deliveries
Orders may be canceled if:
- Customer is unreachable
- Incorrect address or phone number is provided
- Customer refuses to receive the parcel
Repeated failed orders may result in future COD restrictions.
